We love to have couples stop by our office to meet in person, or we will setup a face-to-face call, whichever is best for you & your partner. This is an opportunity to meet the team & for us to get to know each other.
What to Expect
We can go over all the burning questions you may have for your wedding (should we do a first look? should we book photo & video? how do you handle my crazy relatives?). Mostly though, we just want to make sure you like us enough to keep us around for a while. After all, we'll be around during one of the most important days of your life.

Do you bring backup equipment?
Yes! We all love technology, and we’ve all had it malfunction on us. Because of that, we always come prepared! Your team will have 4 cameras with them the day of your wedding. We also arm ourselves with lots of extra storage, batteries, and lighting equipment, just in case!

Simple Booking Process
engagement session
Most of our photo packages do include an engagement session. This is a great time to not only get some beautiful photos to announce your wedding, but its also an opportunity to nail your style & get you comfortable on camera.
preliminary meeitng
The goal of this meeting is to understand your style, and answer any wedding planning questions you still have. We can also add any a la carte options to your coverage at this time.
initial consult
We'll setup a meeting together in person, or virtually so that we can get to know eachother.
finalize details
Usually happens 1 month before the wedding. The goal here is to catch any changes from previous discussions. Finalize the timeline, answer any last minute questions & ensure confidence in the game plan.
digital questionnaire
The goal of the questionnaire is to help us do our job efficiently on your wedding day. It’s a written form of who’s taking pictures with who, contact list, written timelines, important addresses, etc.
