Mary and Jaxon’s wedding day at Blue Heron was filled with everything that makes a wedding memorable. A Beautiful Day at Blue Heron
The weather could not have been better for Mary and Jaxon’s wedding day. Clear skies, comfortable temperatures, and sunshine created the perfect backdrop for their celebration. The beautiful grounds at Blue Heron gave us plenty of opportunities for portraits throughout the day, allowing us to capture both the excitement and emotion that made their wedding so special.
From getting ready with their closest friends and family to their heartfelt ceremony, every part of the day felt relaxed and joyful.
A Ceremony with a Unique Surprise
One of the most memorable moments of the day happened immediately after the ceremony. As guests celebrated the newlyweds, they were greeted by an unexpected and incredibly fun surprise—a cow and donkey serving beer!
It was such a unique touch that perfectly reflected Mary and Jaxon’s personalities and added an extra layer of fun to the celebration. Guests couldn’t stop smiling, snapping photos, and enjoying the experience. It was definitely a first for us and one we’ll be talking about for a long time.
A Reception Full of Energy and Fun
Once everyone made their way into the reception, the celebration kicked into full gear. The dance floor stayed busy throughout the evening as friends and family came together to celebrate the newlyweds.
There was no shortage of laughter, great conversations, and unforgettable moments. From heartfelt interactions between guests to packed dance floor moments, the reception perfectly reflected the love and support surrounding Mary and Jaxon.
Chasing the Sunset
As the evening began to wind down, we snuck away with Mary and Jaxon for a sunset portrait session. The golden light provided the perfect finishing touch to an already beautiful day.
These quiet moments allowed the two of them to step away from the excitement for a few minutes and simply enjoy being together as newlyweds. The soft sunset light created some of our favorite images from the entire day and was the perfect way to end an incredible celebration.
