Rebecca and Michael’s wedding day at Willow Haven Event Center was filled with genuine moments, lots of laughter, and the kind of relaxed atmosphere that reminds us what weddings are all about. Celebrating with the people you love most.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear they wanted to keep the focus on spending time with each other and their guests rather than sticking to a packed photo schedule. Instead of lots of getting-ready photos, they chose to enjoy those quieter moments before the ceremony, making room for the memories that mattered most to them.
One of the sweetest moments of the day happened before the ceremony when Rebecca shared a first look with her dad. Watching his face light up as he saw his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time was something neither of them will ever forget. These are the moments that can’t be recreated, and we’re always honored to capture them.

Rebecca and Michael’s wedding colors paired rich burgundy with a cool green that tied everything together beautifully. One fun detail was Michael’s suit, it had a subtle green color that perfectly complemented the day’s color palette.
Another thing we loved was how convenient everything was at Willow Haven Event Center. The bridal suites are located right next to each other, making it easy for everyone to stay close. While still keeping the excitement of seeing each other at just the right moment.

Their ceremony was officiated by their pastor, making it feel even more personal. Surrounded by family and friends, Rebecca and Michael exchanged vows. Before sharing a kiss at the end of the aisle, as they made their way back down together as husband and wife.
As guests celebrated outside, they were greeted with a joyful bubble exit. It created the perfect sendoff and some beautiful photos to remember the moment.

After family portraits and time together with their wedding party, everyone headed into the reception ready to celebrate.
The evening included heartfelt speeches from three of their favorite people, a traditional cake cutting, and plenty of laughter. Rather than running around to every table, Rebecca and Michael invited their guests to come to them during their photodash. Allowing them to capture quick photos with everyone while keeping the energy high.
The fun didn’t stop there. Guests also enjoyed a scavenger hunt that kept everyone involved and added another unique touch to the celebration. Every part of the evening reflected Rebecca and Michael’s personalities—laid back, fun, and centered around spending quality time with the people they love.

Rebecca and Michael, thank you for trusting Shipwrecked Creative to capture such an incredible day. It was a joy getting to celebrate alongside you, your families, and your friends.
We hope every photo brings you right back to these moments. From the emotional first look with Dad to the bubbles, laughter, speeches, and dancing. Congratulations again! We wish you both a lifetime filled with love, adventure, and just as much joy as your wedding day.
